Data discovery & classification
Unseen data is unprotected data.
ClAIssify helps teams discover sensitive data across connected endpoints and cloud storage, understand what it is, and bring the findings into one clear view.
01The stakes
A small exposure rarely stays small.
One file in the wrong place. One link shared too widely. One forgotten copy. Data is synced, exported, shared and combined, so wherever it travels, the responsibility travels with it.
01It starts small.
One document, one record or one shared link, in a single store.
02Data gets copied.
Syncs, exports and backups put more copies in more places.
03Access widens.
Permissions and sharing reach people and systems beyond the original team.
04Understanding takes work.
The further data travels, the more there is to find, review and explain.

What ClAIssify does
Find sensitive data across connected sources.
Understand what a finding means.
Classify it against your policies.
See what needs attention first.
02The response
Start with what you hold.
ClAIssify discovers data stores across your connected environments, identifies sensitive information, and brings the findings into one inventory: what was found, how sensitive it is, and where it lives.
- 01DiscoverConnect cloud storage, databases and endpoints. See which stores hold sensitive information, and which connected assets have not been scanned yet.Read more about Discover
- 02ClassifyFindings are organized by data type, classification and location, and mapped to five sensitivity tiers by the rules you configure.Read more about Classify
- 03ReviewSee each finding’s type, tier and location together, so teams can decide what to investigate, protect or take into a governance workflow.Read more about Review

03The AI
An AI that works like a threat analyst.
Pattern matching alone cannot tell an invoice number from an identity number, or a locked-down store from one anyone can open. ClAIssify’s AI does the analysis a threat analyst would do by hand: it reads the context, works out what a finding is, places it in your tiers, and shows where it lives and who can reach it, across your connected sources.
The AI does the analysis. Your team keeps the decisions.
- 01
Understands what data means
A value is more than how it looks. The AI reads the information around a potential finding to interpret what it represents, so a long number in an applicant record is not treated like the same number on an invoice.

Places it in the right tier
Classification rules map each finding to your organization’s sensitivity tiers, so the judgement stays consistent with the policy you set, whoever is reviewing.

Knows where it lives and who can reach it
Every finding comes with its location. The inventory also shows how reachable a store is, whether it is public, shared or not shared, and whether anyone owns it, so exposure does not hide in a long list.

Surfaces what needs a look first
Stores are ranked by their most serious finding, and assets that have not been scanned are shown too, so a team starts with what matters and can see what has not been covered yet.
